About Our Company

Better Way Properties LLC was established in 2017, as a local private owned property management company. Since then, BWP has grown to assist owners and inventors with managing nearly 50 residential and commercial properties; across the Columbia area from West Columbia to Hopkins South Carolina. Tiffany Newton founder of Better Way Properties, generated the company with the eagerness to assist the public with their rental needs.

Unfortunately, the markets that dictate lease rates vary vastly from the markets that influence value of properties. The time of the year and the condition of the property will determine how long it takes for your property to rent. Generally, it takes up to one month to lease up a property in good condition during the spring and summer months.
