Better Way Properties LLC was established in 2017, as a local private owned property management company. Since then, BWP has grown to assist owners and inventors with managing nearly 50 residential and commercial properties; across the Columbia area from West Columbia to Hopkins South Carolina. Tiffany Newton founder of Better Way Properties, generated the company with the eagerness to assist the public with their rental needs.
As agents for our owners we diligently prepare properties for rent, coordinate lease signings and lease renewals, maintain the investment property, provide administrative and financial property management, access to rental property management software disburse rent payments and so much more.
Your lease rate is going to be determined by several market factors including the condition of the property, location, and the rental rates for competing homes in the immediate area.
